Controlling Cravings

Some people crave sweets, some crave salty snack foods. These cravings can really get in the way of your weight loss program. In this recording we work to defuse those cravings so that they no longer affect you. You can simply decide to pass up the foods that used to have control over you. You are moving in a positive direction now and you choose to put healthy, nutritious foods into your body.
