Emotional Eating

Some people eat for emotional reasons without any feelings of hunger whatsoever. It is like putting a Band-Aid on a problem. It only appears to help the situation but in fact only masks the emotional issues temporarily. This recording will assist you in identifying if you are eating because you have a physiological need for food or if you are using the food as a Band-Aid. You will be able to identify this and change your eating habits.
